That means their 2025 rivalry included three games in one season.
Week 11, 2025
The Rams defeated the Seahawks 21-19 at SoFi Stadium on November 16, 2025.
Los Angeles jumped ahead 14-3 in the first quarter and held on despite Seattle’s attempts to rally. Jaxon Smith-Njigba led Seattle with nine catches for 105 yards, while Matthew Stafford completed 15 of 28 passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns for Los Angeles.
Week 16, 2025

Division games carry added importance because teams within the same division meet regularly and their results can directly affect the race for the division title and playoff positioning.
The 2026 schedule is especially notable because Seattle and Los Angeles are scheduled for two regular-season meetings, including one at each team’s home stadium.
The rivalry also has plenty of recent postseason history. Their 2025 NFC Championship matchup came immediately after the two regular-season games, creating three meetings between the clubs within a little more than two months.
Key Players to Watch
Seahawks
Jaxon Smith-Njigba is one of Seattle’s major offensive weapons. In 2025, he recorded 119 receptions for 1,793 yards and 10 touchdowns during the regular season, according to Pro Football Reference.

Rams
Matthew Stafford remains a central part of the Rams’ passing attack. In the 2025 Week 11 meeting against Seattle, he threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns without an interception.
Puka Nacua was also productive in that matchup, catching seven passes for 75 yards.
